City governments stand to lose millions in STR occupancy tax (as well as time/resources for costly enforcement proceedings). Developers with stabilization challenges (or challenges due to over supply of rental inventory) stand to lose millions from loss of STR revenue.
We rolled out SynSwap to allow city governments and developers to painlessly traverse these challenges. Specifically we developed a documentary tool kit (and private exchange) which allows city governments and developers to swap host syndicates, maintain their revenue base, and avoid costly enforcement proceedings.
